How many times we find people that deny or doubt about what the Bible has to say?
Either because of real concern about the reliability of the Bible or just because they don’t want to believe what it says so they can keep in their sinful life, the fact is that most of the times we are caught out of base when we are asked something like “Tell me why do you believe in the Bible?, why do you think the Bible as a book is a reliable document? but do not tell me what the Bible says of itself because it is obvious that it will claim to be true. How sure can you be that in the period of more than 3000 years there are no mistakes in the transmission or translation of its content?” All these questions and many more can be valid concerns, but usually we don’t hear of this in our churches, therefore we are rather ignorant about important information about how the Bible came to our hands. The Bible tells us in First Peter 3:15 to be ready “to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have”. It is not only important to know what the Bible says about itself, but also we need to make clear how the Bible, contrary to all other books, is the most reliable book ever preserved in human history, providing factual evidence to clarify all doubts

Don't expect to find biblical content proving how reliable the Bible is (although we encourage you firmly to read the Bible by yourself). Since it is obvious that most Christians don't have a clue how the Bible came to their hands, this is the problem this website attacks specifically.
